Member’s Present - Ann Mosser, Mark Messana, Kevin Lutz, Charlie Perry, Fernando Hernandez, Lisa Sailor and Chris Condit. Jeffrey Normile was present. 

Treasurer – Mark presented the P & L.

Membership status – The Board approved offering membership to Andrew Wiens which will put us at 110.

Tim Hummel’s membership has been terminated due to misuse of funds in accordance with Article 5, Section 7 of the by-laws.

House and Grounds – Authorization for built-in cabinet in the clubhouse was approved.

Court resurfacing will commence on August 22, 2011. The contract is with Pro Courts. Live Oaks received a certificate of liability insurance from Pro Courts.

Mens/ Women’s Activities – USTA matches will commence at the end of the month.

Special Events – Plans for the Labor Day Red and Blue were discussed.

Jeffrey – He is waiting for a few more updates from members before completing the Live Oaks roster.
